Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.


7. Self-Collection Orders

Customers collecting orders directly from our warehouse, office, or designated collection point are responsible for inspecting the products before leaving the premises.


Upon acceptance and collection of the order, customers acknowledge that the order has been received in satisfactory condition and is complete.


Claims relating to visible damage, missing parts, incomplete orders, wrong quantities, or change-of-mind requests will not be accepted after collection.


This does not affect any rights relating to manufacturing defects that could not reasonably have been identified during collection.


8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms contained within that policy.


9. Promotions, Discounts and Free Gifts

For approved returns involving orders with free gifts or promotional items, all promotional items must also be returned.


If a free gift or promotional item is not returned, HomeBuddyPro reserves the right to deduct the item's current retail value from the refund amount.
